Ability to filter Request Types

Currently, there is no way to filter request types in the admin console.

For example, there are instances where a user may only want to see a list of all forms that have certain category, status, priority and etc.?

This would also make it easier to manage request types, for example:

• deleting old request types that belong to specific boards that have been "retired".
• reviewing all request types without forms attached

It can now filter by type and category.
