I second this request. The ability to choose who you want to communicate with at any given time entry is key in AT.
Further to this, we often will have multiple Technicians on one ticket and we can only see one currently.
On Connectwise instances, there are "Send to" checkboxes (screenshot) which aren't on Autotaask instances:
Roughly the same feature is also on Autotask, so it would be great if this can be added to DeskDirector's Tech portal UI/UX for Autotask instances.
