[25288] Ability to specify default worktype in TECH portal (Autotask) #556

Autotask does not have a sort order, and also does not have a default flag for work type which DD Tech can inherit.

Ability to either remember the most used work type and set it as default, or define a default work type to be used on Tech Portal.

Have this same issue where if you are not paying attention, it will just select the first available in the list.
