Chat Notification #573

We get a chat notification when there is a chat in the queue and when I click Dismiss, it comes back in a few seconds. Is there any way to actually dismiss it when you click dismiss?

User voice is not for support. If chat has not been picked up it will continue pop up until someone pick up. You can change your state to do not disturb.
