"One Click" client surveys #576

The new survey system is fantastic, but provides a barrier to giving feedback as the user must login to participate. Token links can be used, but this exposes a potential security risk.

I would like to see an addition in that a user is presented with a link to participate in a survey, but does not allow access into the portal system fully. This link would only allow access to answer the survey, and only once. Any user wanting to change their response(s) or access any other part of the portal would need to login as usual. This way, if an email is forwarded etc, then the worst a 3rd party can do is answer a survey.

On the positive side, this would make the survey easier to answer, as rather than being presented with a login box, the end user can just provide their feedback seamlessly and get on with their day.

If you use adaptive card via actionable message. Then they can participate without login into portal.

@PreciseNZ Actionable message is specifically to Office365 outlook. If user forward to other people, the actionable message is gone. Which means it is safe.

We do have documentation how to setup and how to get approval from Microsoft. If you run into any problem please let us know.

I will leave this open as the actionable message is not exact solution for your request.
