Timeline has many different type of elements within, for some of the busy tickets, we should provide a way to filter the timeline.
e.g.
display all
display attachment or element with attachments only
display chat sessions only
display internal element only
It can be an dropdown to switch between filters. Default display all.

Currently, attachments appear after the note/time entry they were added to.
For long tickets, looking for the attachments in the ticket timeline becomes a pain. Would it possible to add a section in the tech portal, showing a list of attachments already added to the ticket?
This way, instead of scrolling through the timeline looking for the corresponding attachment, the user just needs to go to the attachments section and look for the attachments there.
