We use DD with our helpdesk ticketing software Manage by Connectwise, which we use the feature Streamline IT which requires the use of overriding the Request Types that are default and recreating request types for all companies that we have under us with unique ticket boards. The task of manually recreating request types and groups is not pleasant and should be as easy as cloning and editing. If we have the option to at least clone request types and then creating the groups and making them available specifically for the companies that need it, then that would expedite the process a great deal, otherwise right now it takes time to request all request types for each client we have additional boards for.
