Currently, if I'm the tech handling the ticket and changed the status to "Waiting for Client", I get the notified of the action I just did to the ticket, which is a bit redundant and creates noise.
If possible, there should be no notification pushed to the tech for the action he did to the ticket, or allow the member to define which portal notifications they want to receive.
