[39402] Allow forms to be based on master templates with a set of common fields with centralized editing #609

We create onboard and off-board forms in DeskDirector that are specific to each customer in our PSA (Autotask). There are fields that are specific to each customer, but there are also generic questions that are identical across all customers. Employee name, separation date, etc. I just thought of another series of questions I would like to add to the off-board form across all customers. So I would like to suggest a feature that allows forms to be based on “masters” with additional questions added as needed per customer form. In this way, I could add the new “generic” questions only in the “master” and it would automatically update all related customer forms. Otherwise, my only option will be to manually edit each customer form one at a time.
