Similar to how ConnectWise works, when a ticket is updated it bolds the text in the ticket view. For a helpdesk coordinator or team leader, we often look at the tickets as a whole and nudge anyone that maybe neglecting a ticket or hasn't realised it has been updated (missing notifications etc).
We would love to see a more visual prompt, whether its bolding the text, changing the colour of the ticket in the DD portal to maybe grey or another colour, just something that is an obvious visual prompt when looking at tickets as a whole to see what has been updated, so that anyone other than the engineer thats assigned can see it.

Currently, when a ticket is updated, we move the ticket to the top of the ticket list.
However, it isn't too obvious that it was recently updated, aside from knowing that the tickets at the top are recently updated.
Cust is asking if we can add additional visual cues that the ticket was recently updated.
