Admin and tech portal should have link to each other at some stage. Where support, you don't need incognito window, as it has different URL to your admin and tech portal. Support's cookie has been saved under support.deskdirector.com. Where your server cookie saved under your server's specific DNS.
Provide panel inside TECH portal for your support tickets with DeskDirector or any parent server. (if your customer purchase DeskDirector, and they can link to your server). Such capability are something we have been thinking and it is possible. But not any time soon. (not within months).
Currently to swap between admin, support and tech portal, you need to log out and log in in order to select another portal to access.
It would be easier to switch between portals as a drop down under the account rather than log in and out. I feel this would provide better usability, especially if you have to switch between the 3 portals during the day. I have been logging in to the different portal through separate browsers/incognitio mode as a workaround but it would be handy to do it all through my preferred/standard browser.
