If an external Quotes integration is enabled (i.e. QuoteWerks), the statuses enabled will override any global configured Quote statuses.
If you go to Admin > Companies/Contacts > Quote Access > You can still edit the global quote settings.
However, any selections are not relevant as the QuoteWerks integration will override this.
The feature request is to let the end user know that the QuoteWerks integration is enabled, therefore changes to the global quote settings are irrelevant.
Such as adding a message to inform them, or disable the ability to edit the Quote access statuses if the QuoteWerks integration is enabled.
