[37258] Reopen assigned resource when reopening ticket from DD portal #641

Currently, then a ticket is closed from DD then reopened, the assigned resource under "Schedule" of Connectwise stays in "Done".

Cust is asking if it's possible to add the resource schedule back to the ticket once re-opened.
