At current stage, when issue is related to API member/resource's permission or fatal error from PSA. We don't have any record we can display on our admin portal. Nor we have notification to notify both of our support and our customer.
That often result in several days of delay before we uncover the issue.
Any 403, 401, 500 error from PSA should be logged in our database and maintain for 29 days.
Display in admin portal, to help our support and customer verify what might went wrong.
Notification system that will notify customer and our support based on the log. e.g. notify once per day to avoid spam.
