- ConnectWise
- ConnectWise introduced fake rich text editor around 2~3 years ago. Fake in term of what they save. In their API, it expose and saved as markdown. It is one of reason why their WYSIWYG editor is so simple.
- Autotask
- Autotask API does not support HTML input, nor markdown input.
Cust is asking if we can implement a rich text editor in the tech portals.
Markdown being supported in our current editor has been discussed, but they want to mimic what they are accustomed to using in CW Manage.
