[39181] Ability to specify work type when creating new ticket from Tech Portal #660

Currently, there is no option to specify a work type when creating a new ticket from the Tech Portal Screen Shot 2022-03-30 at 9 13 22 AM

Work Type can be specified on request types' Automation tab for the client portal though.
