Could you please add 'Save' or 'Zoom in' options for in-line images in the discussion notes?
Currently if a screenshot is pasted in tech's response there is no option to zoom in or save, as a result some text may be unreadable.

Actual request is Markdown translate image link should translate to image link, rather than pure image. In that way, image can be clicked and display under new browser tab.
That way browser can control how to display image.
As for save image, it looks like customer is using old desktop client, with latest v5 desktop client you can save image.
