[46766] Bulk edit/delete tickets for Toki Iti customers #683

For Toki Iti customers, there isn't the option to bulk edit/delete tickets like they would be able to in a PSA.

If they are receiving numerous automated emails, you will need to update or delete each ticket one by one. Making it a very manual and time-consuming process.

If there was a way to bulk update the status or delete these tickets, then it would be much easier to manage these.
