Ticket dynamic content can allow up to 3 block of contents. Existing behaviour is only display first block on load and hide 2nd and 3rd blocks, until user click on show additional.
The problem is that, show additional button is too subtle, it is hard to discover.
The reason to hide 2nd and 3rd blocks is to make sure ticket timeline not extend too long.
Proposed behaviour will be instead of show additional button, we always display 2nd and 3rd blocks. But no longer one level expand but two level expand.
