We are planning to deploy the tech portal for some of our Steamline IT clients but need to suppress the chat view on the screen - is this possible? We do not utilise the chat side of the tech portal and if we are going to promote customer’s adoption of the Tech portal, we do not want them to asking to make use of the chat facility.
