[512790] Autotask Desktop Notifications Display Ticket Number rather than Ticket ID #719

The current Ticket ID isn’t the client facing id/number recommended by Autotask, the service team will always ask for the Ticket Number.

Feature request to update desktop notifications for Autotask from Ticket ID to Ticket Number:
