This will be less likely taking into considering. Due to index company name is implicit reference. Not explicit reference.
There could be tickets under different company but mentioned that company name.
You can click on the company name or the contact name in ticket list to filter them. For example if you found an ticket belong to Company A, then click on the company A you will see all other tickets logged by same company.
If we keep adding additional items into full text search, then it will getting harder and harder to search tickets that mentioned a specific term in subject and description. If that make sense.
In general I will treat this user voice as UI improvement to make company, contact filter easier access. At moment, filter been hidden, it need to two clicks away from setup filter.
In the tickets list that's under beta, it should be much easier to access.
