[553140] Change verbiage on create a ticket page #732

For our clients this wording “suitable service catalogue” does not make sense. I understand that from a webpage perspective this is a catalogue of options. But from the end user perspective having it say choose a “suitable service option” makes more sense since they are submitting a ticket and need to select the services they need help with.

Request to change verbiage in portal on create a ticket page: https://subdomain.deskdirector.com/portal/v2/groups/my-tickets/tickets/requests?skip=0&take=25&state=open

current verbiage: To create a new ticket, please select a suitable service catalogue.

request to change to: To create a new ticket, please select a suitable service option.
