Excluding DeskDirector app notification based on ticket subject.

For example, we create a ticket in ConnectWise Manage with a subject of “dark web detection found”. The POC gets alerted a new ticket was created in desk director app, but he doesn’t want to be alerted to this new ticket with this specific subject.

Notification setting has configuration on which board or which status our system should notify ticket owner. They can use those setting to achieve.
