Functionality on DD Portal ticket logging process to include "Email CC Recipients" as part of the submit process.

Similar function to how Attach and Screenshot operate across all forms as a standard function:

Following is copy from #94 . I create feature request at same time as @Aycorn . Thus following are feature not yet implemented.

One thing I would like to point out is. For feature request, please describe the scenario and what you want to achieve, not the solution. The solution type of feature request will be most likely rejected.


Request type have enable CC option, so when customer creating ticket, they can perform CC.

This request need more information on why do we need this feature.

There are also things we need to figure out.

Is ConnectWise API allows us to define CC
Is Autotask API have concept of CC?
Do we expect PSA to send out email to CC or we send out.

This can already been done with webhook and DD-Form.

DD-Form have email field or text field
Webhook out to Zapier or Flow
Send email

This is request is follow up for #92 . DD-Forms will never allow such feature, this is create as separate feature request to record and define the scenario and scope.

Add ticket 45162 to this. We can enable a default CC recipient from CW Manage but the issue is that the checkbox will always be selected which causes a double-hit scenario. It fires not only DD notification message but also sends a CW Manage notification. Only way for us to set this up without the double notification is to manually add the recipient after the ticket has been created. This causes the company POC to not receive that initial copy of tickets which are opened by other colleagues.
