I just installed the latest master (0.14) and I had an error concerning scipy and numpy
It is impossible to have scipy 1.9.1 and numpy 1.26.1, so I installed scipy 1.11.0 and the installation worked
I think it could be a good idea to force scipy 1.11.0 in setup.py in order to not have the issue
