I added the quoted_node_names option, so that the pyham can read the newick tree from the OMA website (https://omabrowser.org/All/speciestree.nwk). This appears to fix the bug, mentioned in Issue #5 (https://github.com/DessimozLab/pyham/issues/5):
NewickError: Broken newick structure at: "Heimdallarchaeota archaeon You may want to check other newick loading flags like 'format' or 'quoted_node_names'.
