English I went to the Dark Palace and previous I didnt get the light then I went to the room leading to Helmasaur [dungeon-D1-B1] and the room was completely dark

Español Fui al "Dark Palace" pero aun no habia conseguido la lampara entonces entre a la sala room leading to Helmasaur [dungeon-D1-B1] y estaba completamente obscura.

This is correct behavior. You need to have the lamp to get the light cone in the Dark World.

Not a bug.
