Blueprint:Home not accessible #164

Describe the bug After going to the Blueprint:Home apartment, it displays the splash screen for the space, with progress bar for a download. Once the bar fills in, nothing happens and the splash screen remains.

To Reproduce

  1. Find apartment in your list of aprtments.
  2. Click on x to download.
  3. Get to space, and the splash screen appears, with download bar. Wait for it to fill in.

Expected behavior Once the bar fills in, the screen should vanish and the apartment will appear.

this scene did load in CB1 but the interactions in the space dont work so you cannot build the space
