Diamond Beach Mansion Yacht inaccessible #200

Describe the bug The hyperlink to get to the yacht personal space from Diamond Beach Mansion is broken, and said hyperlink is the only way to access said personal space.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch Diamond Beach Mansion from the Navigator
  2. Go out the back side of the mansion (relative to where you spawn) and take the path out back to the rear gate
  3. Step in the gate to out back where the yacht should be
  4. Be greeted with infinite loading

Expected behavior The loading screen when going through the gate should spawn the hyperlink on the dock further down the path, and go away once the hyperlink is properly loaded, allowing you to walk to the hyperlink and go to the yacht.

Screenshots & Video Documentation Can't easily screenshot currently, I'll post screenshots later if I can find out a way to get them in here.

Region: North America Country: Canada Platform: PS3 Firmware Type: OFW Note: These platform-based conditions aren't completely required, the issue can be reproduced on any platform as long as the entitlement to the diamond beach mansion yacht is present in your account.

Additional context I have no idea why the devs of this place decided to make the yacht only accessible via hyperlink, but it was this way when Home was live as well.

When you say "hyperlink", do you mean "scene link"? As in; an area you walk into that then (down)loads the new scene?

Picture of the infinite loading screen, movement controller is locked while this loading screen is here so I cannot move. IMG_3705 Also after some talking with Knight on Discord, it seems this bug only happens on PS3 and not RPCS3 unlike what I initially thought.

Also it's still not fixed (well at least when i checked 2 hours ago and sent that picture)

actually, wait, the bug seems to be more intermittent now, but it is the first time i got in

Thanks to Knight resetting my corrupt settings file, it seems the yacht is now accessible. Seems it was more to do with the corrupt settings I had rather than it being an actual bug with the space.

Interesting how corrupt settings can affect a Lua script like that.

Ah darn, seems the bug has resurfaced yet again. Seems it might be setting a flag in the script settings that's causing the loading screen to break.

Unsure what's causing it now, but I'm sure there's some sort of clue in the settings files.

Ok, seems it might actually be related to server pressure. The yacht has trouble loading during times when the server gives people M-10's frequently.
