Add gitpod config #28

this commit adds support for Gitpod.io, a free automated dev environment that makes contributing and generally working on GitHub projects much easier. It allows anyone to start a ready-to-code dev environment for any branch, issue and pull request with a single click.

hmm I just stole the files from https://github.com/MovingBlocks/movingblocks.github.com/pull/142/files so I'm not sure why it's not working...

Still puzzled that the file for https://github.com/MovingBlocks/movingblocks.github.com is identical yet it works? Tested it just now. We did that one earlier, maybe some sort of grandfathered in thing or something got cached?

Thanks for that @AlexTugarev, I've changed it to do the gem install as root and that does work, however it is very slow (think 10+ minutes to boot up). I'll have to experiment one day to see if the other option is any quicker. Thanks again! :)
