Add vercel Analytics #23

This is a pull request that fixes #22 . I need a library that allows me to put Vercel Analytics in my site. By creating a pull request to this library I can now and many other people can put a Vercel Analytics script in their Astro sites. The user has to be told to install web-vitals for This thing to work. Good Luck.

Next time I do a pull request I'll have to remember to turn off prettier. Sorry for that. I saw lots of stars I don't know how to add those back. Thanks for the response If I see other analytics tools I'll then bring them to you.

It has been a week what did I do wrong? I don't like bothering people but this is important for me I want to come to this repo whenever I have a request for a new Analytics Lib.
