How does this fit into your workflow?

This way I don't have to keep this page bookmarked anymore :) I also expect quite some people not being aware of this information, and they can learn that decoding engrams is better after waiting for some vendor resets to happen.

An extension to this is showing the percentage chance of getting a set of preferred weapon perks.

I think this could be handy (I had no idea that resets boosted your chance of perks in each column until recently).

Showing this info on the progress screen makes the most sense to me, but the challenge would be adding more numbers to an already number-dense UI.

At the risk of flying off piste - IMO vendor progress could be summarised and categorised more intuitively…

Personally, I love the actual percentage in text form. Progress bars are hard to track visually, but a number allows you to easily see how much actual progress you made. Perhaps we can work with tooltips, hide the details in there? I see you suggested the other way around, but I think this way makes more sense.

I really like the idea of redesigning these, and the mockup you have. Agreed that I'd still like to see a percentage, but otherwise it looks great.

Rep + % reset seems like a good balance, with top-middle/top-right in terms of styling

I do think it helps to show the rep required for your current rank since it can differ quite wildy from rank to rank:
