Loadouts drawer on mobile can cover inventory #5547

What version of DIM are you using? 6.23.0 Orange

What Browser and OS are you using? Chrome on Android

Describe the bug and how to make it happen

When creating a new loadout I can't add a third item cause the pop-up at the bottom (loadout) is growing over the entire screen. Moving it down closes the loadout manager.

It doesn't scroll for you?

The entire screen is covered and I can't add new Items after adding 2.

Oh. Try using the labeled buttons.

It works with the buttons but it's much more complicated cause you have to find the item you are wearing in the huge list. Is it possible to lock the loadout manager in place to cover only half of the screen and allow scrolling on the main page and the manager?

There's just not a ton of space to work with
