Delay before auto refreshing after a move #8306

Apparently you just gotta wait a bit?

if signs are that the user might be dismantling, (moving untagged/junk to active char) should wait even longer. like 15-20 sec. otherwise this may fix the bnet cache in place just in time to catch the item moments before it stops existing.
