Describe the bug

YO! all i did was send my weapons to a new character and now my shayuras is vanished????? WTF!!!!! now all yall are gonna do is tell me nothing can be done? YOU CANT GET THE ADEPT SHAYURAS ANYMORE!!!! FIX MY STUFF!!!!!

Right right cause when I see the app error out and then 5 of my items one being a shayuras dissappear from my inventory and my loadouts are all faded yeah I guess it's just taking hours to load in gotcha

Where!!!! That's the same hunter I have my armor on now! I just showed you all 3 of my characters the 1389 was the new character! Whatever you need me to do to show you I genuinely don't have the weapon I will man, I am not trying to be a dick or rude, I spent hours grinding for this weapon, and this isn't the first time I have seen this happen, I'm just trying to get my item back somehow, if I can't then it just sucks but things like this need to be looked into, I will give you the entire run down moment by moment if I need to but this stuff can't happen man..

This stuff doesn't happen, man. Check in-game on all your characters and vault.
