Right now there is no preview on crates.io: https://crates.io/crates/ctrlc

With this PR (and the next release that contains this change) crates.io will show the README.md as preview which will attract more users.

Thanks! Has crates.io changed lately? I'm quite positive this used to work previously without this key in place.

It's like this for at least 12 months I think. I don't know how it was before.
