POISSON nor PCF are in yet #7

is this going in, in the future that is?

I was working on PCF last night, and i'll work on it some more tonight. PCF is in-progress. Consider all the shadowing to be in-progress until I say it's not.

I have no plans for poisson filtering because the code for PCF is much cleaner and PCF looks a lot better (in my opinion)
