Undo/Redo tries to undo redo redundant/wrong commands #10

Similiar to the undo redo bug, attempting to create a already created plan will show the error the plan is already here.

Redo/Undo will attempt to run these redundant commands again

E.g If I try to execute a command that create an already existing plan 10000 times, I have to type undo 10000 times (If not using undo 10000) lol
