Video not uploaded to Cloudflare when asset is uploaded to matrix field

The video is not uploaded when an asset is added to a matrix field that is not saved yet.

Steps to reproduce:

1) create an entry 2) add a matrix field 3) upload the asset 4) save the entry

Result: no upload to Cloudflare is triggered.

What does work, but isn't a permanent solution:

1) create the entry 2) add a matrix field 3) save the entry 4) upload the asset

This will trigger the upload to Cloudflare.

I tried both settings, no difference:

• Upload videos to Cloudflare Stream as soon as the asset is created.
• Upload videos to Cloudflare Stream usign form data instead of via the asset`s url

PS. also the button "upload to cloudflare" when editing the asset doesn't seem to do anything here. Nothing happens after clicking it.
