Table encoding #6

From the forum:

"Multilingual field doesn’t specify a charset when creating a table and that’s why server uses default latin2. "

Could you please add default encoding set to UTF-8?

Ok! I will update this in the next release for Symphony 2.2. Thanks to report this.

Finally I didn't make this change because the UTF-8 encode for the database it's a requirement for Symphony CMS
