Hello, I added code to store and restore the frame counters. I took the code from https://github.com/cyberman54/ESP32-Paxcounter

Thanks for the fix/improvement !

I didn't even notice the introduction of sleep was resetting the frame counter on each send, I should use my own dog food more often.
