Create a first HUD BP to use in early dev to be able at least to quit the game without F4

[ ] The Hud is created On Begin Play by the game mode
[ ] The hud create the appropriate main widget to use as temporary menu
[ ] The HUD implement "shortcuts" to easilly access the WBP_HUD functionnalities (mostly calling from children userwidget for easy access)
