Clicking to edit interactions produces error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In editor, create an interaction (I tried Multiple choice, but I think it 
appears in other interactions too)
2. Save the interaction
3. Click the interaction to try and edit it again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should open up a modal to edit the interaction, but nothing happens.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Also, clicking on the ineraction gives an error in console (see attached).
