Purpose of code changes on this branch:
This is the initial implementation of exploration groupings on desktop. There 
are still a few things to fix:
1. Some card data occupy two columns since the initial pre-fetched explorations 
had odd numbers.
2. The UI of the card does not match the mocks yet.

A next cl will be fixing this.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
UI, codehealth

After the review, I'll work on a follow up cl to fix issue raised in this 
change.
