Feature: Switch to save or don't save last window position #29

Add option to disable the last position of the preference, some people might not like that. Add welcome title to the dialog on the first run, it makes more sense rather than preference Update readme for user using ubuntu/linux mint to compile and build

I could Approve this one, but if the preferences will get too crowded I will have to remove it. Most of the apps keep their position, and most of them don't have this option.
