Talent> Menu should always be visible #41

Describe the bug The menu is disappearing when going into specific pages

Steps to view the bug:

  1. Go to http://devalopers.herokuapp.com/login
  2. Log in (as talent) from the below account: email: talent1@devalopers.com password: Talent@123
  3. You can recognize the menu below on the landing page

  1. When going to pages: Jobs: http://devalopers.herokuapp.com/jobs or viewing any job page like: http://devalopers.herokuapp.com/viewjobinfo/60d0bc6cb9140e0020b97887 -->The menu that holds (Home-Message-saved job-application-profile) is hidden

Expected behavior Menu banner (home-messages-saved job- application-profile) should always be visible on all pages
