Bug high-severity Search by Talent is buggy and when searching lets say by name its not returning anything

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://devalopers.herokuapp.com/
  2. Click on "talent" tab in the landing page
  3. Search by the name of talents could be buggy.

I noticed that the backend for this issue is fixed from Salah side so need just Ali contribution for the front-end @salahawad
