New Game Idea - Tic-Tac-Toe #191

Would be cool to play tic tac toe with voting against the bot. (Don't make the bot a perfect opponent though).

Possibly have the chat segmented and playing against each other.

Something cool and fun could be in this. Let's figure it out.
