Add GraphQL public API to DevStreams #49

I would like to add a public GraphQL endpoint to this project. This would enable users to build clients that consume the API to access data help within the DevStreams database. I would like to develop the concept on my own Codebase Alpha stream, and then submit a PR to this project.

I think the approach will be to build the basic functionality on-stream, then raise a PR, and then continue to develop functionality for subsequent PRs relating to new enhancement issues. I think it would be valuable to get the endpoint into the codebase sooner rather than later. It would be useful to exploit the GraphQL endpoint in the Alexa feature #38 . Thoughts?

We have the endpoint in place now.
